Job Purpose
Qualifications
- Identifying the needs of customers and collect feedbacks for further improvement on customer service
- Providing support which ensure smooth operations of the department
Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhered to all SOPs and achieve desired KPIs
- To provide an excellent and satisfactory customer service
- Handle in-coming phone calls, managing email responses and enquiry via social media
- Answer to consumer dispute and feedback
- Liaise with Merchant on consumer dispute and feedback within stipulated deadline
- Need to communicate issues to Executive and or Superior for further assistance when needed
- Assisting Executive or Superior with any other task assigned
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients
- Customer service oriented, possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
