About You:
You are an entrepreneur at heart. Your daily schedule will involve helping chart the course of our growth story - understanding every aspect of the business under-the-hood - from operations to marketing, et al. You get to work on new initiatives - brainstorming on strategy, analyzing the market space, dissecting the competition, innovating with creative revenue models and much more.
You inherently make good relationships with people – both online and offline. You understand how important it is to know your customer and are willing to invest time in relationships. You have an insatiable appetite to learn what you don’t already know, with a positive “no-quit” attitude. At Serv, you get to make things happen without anyone telling you to.
Your role will involve a little bit of everything. Having said that, here are some things you'll get to lead -
• Dabble in - sales, marketing, growth hacking… till you think you have found your niche
• Work and implement initiatives independently
• Be a brand ambassador and spread the gospel
• Support our customers to ensure they have the best experience possible
• Ideate: this is a startup so everything can change
