Engage in day to day processing of customer orders and arrange for shipment
Communicate directly with customers with regards to related orders
Ensure customer orders are accomplished within targeted time
Coordinate with Finance department to ensure payment (L/C) received before shipment
Support Sales department by attending to sales inquiry from customers
Keep close liaison with customers to push for orders(P/O) to meet sales requirement
Liaise with warehouse in Singapore and Hong Kong and coordinate with internal Operations Department
Create systematic document filing system for easy retrieval in future
Assist in compilation of export documents to external auditors for year end checking
Plan and execute department -wide projects
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
