Job Description

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and ensure accuracy schedule and timely delivery for all customer projects
  • Liaise with customers to evaluate needs, requirements or promote product and services
  • Maintain proper customer records, projects records and schedule records
  • Provide support in all Business Development administration and projects
  • Prepare and present briefings, presentations to internal and external customers
  • Prepare and manage reports for internal and external customers
  • Support in other ad-hoc projects from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

  • ITE or Diploma with previous working experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry
  • Must be able to read technical drawings
  • Good knowledge of customer services and sales management
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Discretion and confidentiality ability
