We are looking for a hands-on, practical, on-field, self-driven, entrepreneurial personality who loves to develop business, reach out to people, make cold calls and do what it takes to grow a startup venture.
As the Intern, you will work across functions such as business development, supplier management, marketing and day-to-day operations. It would involve building and maintain relationships with independent cleaners and customers. This is a great opportunity for those looking to do something different, challenging, on-field and entrepreneurial. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Helper management – Build a pipeline of quality helpers by onboarding new cleaners and then manage the team, keep them motivated and engaged
Customer management – Build a pipeline of customers with innovative sales & marketing methodologies; show to Singapore crowd how Sendhelper can make their days much relaxed
Day-to-day operations – Serve the role as a customer service rep. and as a helper service rep. to run operations smoothly
Marketing – Plan and execute daily online and outdoor marketing
