Job Description
Responsibilities
• Maintain the administering scope, procedures and guidelines in relation to external training plan in accordance to Individual Learning Needs Analysis (ILA) done for all employees. Register employees for various training programmes they are scheduled to attend. Apply for training grant for the respective business units through SkillsConnect System
• Plan, administer and coordinate training programmes for support staff with external training organisations
• Maintain and upload data/information received from various training programme into WSQ system
• Adhere to company’s training policies and procedures; file all compliance reports and assist with the implementation and tracking of company internal and external training programmes
• Responsible for the issue of Statement of Attainment (SOA) to all candidates
• Send email-reminders to supporting staff for them to attend their training and generate payment requisition to Accounts to settle payment with external training vendors
• Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• No working experience required
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment; can work independently
• Great interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Intend to establish a career in Learning and Development/Training
