Job Description
- Manage and update all training records, including status of training progression
- Manage and update monthly training reports
- Liaison with WDA / External Training Provider for application of training grant / claim
- Coordinate in-house / external training
- Administer new employees for Orientation / Induction program
- Maintain training facilities and equipment
- Liaise with Trainers on training materials, schedule and all administrative matters
- Preparation of training materials, evaluation forms, attendance list and compilation of training materials
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
