As a Corporate Recruiter Intern, you will be mentored by a seasoned headhunter who guides you through the entire hiring process:
  • Understand the requirements of the client and the role
  • Search for potential candidates using our methodology
  • Shortlist suitable candidates through our rigorous selection process (which includes a face-to-face interview with candidates)
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process between the client and candidates
Requirements:
  • You can be an undergraduate looking for internship opportunities, or a recent graduate with no more than 3 years of working experience
  • Resourceful, highly self-motivated, dynamic, enjoys engaging with people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen interest in business development
