- Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, managing and executing marketing programs
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify work processes and requirements to execute the events effectively
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that the tasks are completed and delivered on time
Project documentation and reporting, e.g. Google Analytics, eDM reports, Media coverage, etc.
Effectively manage on-site events activities to ensure optimal satisfaction and event successRequirements
Must possess at least a Diploma in Business preferably in marketing
Event execution & management experience
Able to work with creative or project supervision, exercising judgement within defined procedures and objectives
Process oriented, ability to give recommendations to enhance work processes for overall project management
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Ability to work well internally and externally in a deadline driven team environment.
Ability to communicate with people of all levels
Articulate, a dynamic personality, and possess a great deal of initiative
Meticulous and organized
Pleasant deposition with positive attitude, team player and able to commit beyond normal working hours
