Saybons French Food Factory is a boutique F&B chain specializing in offering healthy French fare to the masses.
Established in 2007, we are currently expanding and looking for energetic individuals to join us at our retail outlets, head office and catering business.
Saybons currently have 4 retail outlets and are serving at a wide variety of events daily, ranging from weddings and corporate events to Singapore's Formula 1 Grand Prix.
We provide our interns with through exposure into the workings of running a cafe chain and catering services at events; from back-end to front end operations.

STORE OPERATIONS (1 MONTH)
· Understand and undertake store operations at Plaza Singapura outlet.
· Able to close daily shop's accounts and ensure smooth operations of business.
· Lead and manage team members to achieve daily sales targets.
· Ensure customer satisfaction with regards to product quality and service quality.
CORPORATE SALES DEPARTMENT (1 month)
· Answer all sales enquiries and successfully convert them from sales.
· Assist to achieve monthly catering sales target.
· Coordinate all catering orders between stores and kitchen.
· Ensure smooth running of catering events.
· Assist at catering events through onsite promotions.
MARKETING & IT DEPARTMENT (1 month)
· Assist in coordinating all marketing promotions and campaigns.
· Help to formulate marketing strategies to improve business.
· Assist to secure sponsorship deals from strategic sponsors.
· Work with various outlets to assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
