Saybons French Food Factory – Management Intern

Saybons provide our interns with thorough exposure into the workings of running a cafe chain; from back-end to front end operations. So if you are considering a career in hospitality or aim to eventually open your own cafe, Saybons' internship will bring you in-depth into this exciting industry. 

Selected interns will undergo an intensive one month (5 day week) on-the-job training at our various retail outlets to understand the operational aspects of running a successful cafe. You will be required to do shift work of either 9am to 5pm or from 2pm to 10pm.

After completion of one month training, interns will be attached to head office for 2 days week, undertaking work related to marketing, events management and accounting. 

Marketing & Events job scope:

1) assist supervise in coordinating marketing programs, maintaining customer database

2) maintain Facebook and other related social media platforms

3) coordinate catering events between kitchen and customer

4) answer email enquiries 

Requirements: 

You should be a highly disciplined and motivated individual with good communication skills. You should also have a passion for the F&B industry as part of your internship may involve some basic culinary training from our chefs. 

'A' levels or diploma holders.
