Saybons French Food Factory is a boutique F&B chain specializing in offering healthy French fare to the masses. Established in 2007, we are currently expanding and looking for energetic individuals to join us at our retail outlets, head office and catering business. Saybons currently have 5 retail outlets and is serving at a wide variety of events daily, ranging from weddings and corporate events to Singapore’s Formula 1 Grand Prix.
Job Description
1) assist in answering email and telephone enquiries regarding catering packages
2) Coordinate between customers and kitchen for actual event fulfilment
3) Coordinate between crepe chefs and drivers on actual event's logistics
4) assist in promoting catering packages to existing and new potential customers
5) issue quotations and invoices to customers based on orders
6) data entry of payment details
Job location will be at head office in Paya Lebar.
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
