Coordinate with the Category Leads / Countries to develop & track project timeline for the countries concerned
Ensure alignment of all stakeholders (Category Lead, Regulatory, Medical, IA etc) & follow up on action plans with the relevant parties in order to ensure project is on track
Organize regular meetings and updates including meeting minutes with clear action plans / PIC
Develop a database to ensure clear record of pack / PIL changes by brand by countries as well as timeline for future
Support the Regulatory team in terms of competitive benchmarking
Develop a process for future similar projects
