Role is responsible generating renewals quotations for direct and channel business taking note of contract values, product pricing and quantity and special terms.
Where applicable, enable reseller pick list in quote configurator for all renewals via resellers
Log and track account related emails/activity within each account
Run Asia renewals analysis in terms of reporting attainment by territory and region
Desired Skills/Experience:
Attention to detail and process oriented
Ability to work across divisions internally with saes operations and sales teams
Experience with an enterprise CRM or customer service application. Experience with salesforce.com a significant plus.
Experience with Excel, and other desktop tools
