Customer for Life Reporting Manager

The Customer for Life team in salesforce is dedicated to customer success. The CFL Reporting Manager will be responsible for creating and managing reports and dashboards for the CFL organisation in Asia.

Requirements

Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Very strong PC skills esp. Excel and Powerpoint.

Excellent team player

Highly motivated and organized

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum commitment of 3 months

Part time/Full time option

What the intern will get out of it:

An opportunity to learn a new cloud technology and ability to develop reports/insights

Develop analytic skills, and abilities to translate quantitative data into insights and recommendations

To develop an understanding of how a cloud business model works and importance of concepts like deferred revenue, renewals etc.
