Job Description

·         Assist the Project Management team from project conception to deployment

·         Develop project plans/schedules and work closely with management team to ensure key milestones are being met

·         Monitor and update marketing communication strategies for the new project

·         Provide help launching our brand presence in overseas market

·         Develop, write and edit collaterals, including proposals, website postings, email newsletters, press releases and social media platforms

·         Maintain and update business contact information via the customer relationship management (“CRM”) system

·         Conduct market research and take on additional duties and responsibilities, as needed

·         Produce internal documentation such as resource allocations and status reports

·         Involve in membership acquisition and retention programs as well as manage daily operations of and seeks ways to continuously improve all sales and marketing processes
