Saaragh Technologies – Business Analyst

As the Business Analyst, Your Job Scope will include the following:

• Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations.

• Bridge communications between business needs and Technical needs.

• This role works directly with Developers, Web Designers, and customers.

• Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• You need to attend the on-site meetings with the clients, which will help you understand the problems that need to be solved. 
  • As a specialist member of the Development team, you will clearly understand the strengths and weaknesses of the software being produced, and know how best to evaluate and test them.

•  Sometimes need to work on multiple projects concurrently.

• Maximize the business performance of the client

• Deliver the end product to the customer.

 SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

• A university degree or its equivalent in IT or business

• Strong analytical skills, ability to document customer requirement properly

• Must have Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be confident and outgoing and be adaptable to change.

• Interest to work in an international environment with multicultural awareness.

• Should be a good team player.

• Long hours are quite common in this field, hence must be able to deal with stress and work pressure.

• Computer skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint and good presentation skills.

• Relevant working experience minimum of 2-3 years in tour and travel industry or customer care will be an added advantage.
