One key aspect of running a business is cash flow; Despite the available sources of financial support that SME can reach out to, there is a gap between the SMEs and the help they can get, as SME's do not have the know-how to obtain these financing.

• To initiate cold calls and follow up calls to generate interest and solicit sales for services.
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Maintain a decent workflow for follow ups.

Qualifications:

• Excellent telephone etiquette with a pleasant deposition
• Good command of English (Good spoken Mandarin would be a bonus)
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Past outbound telemarketing, customer service or call centre experiences are preferred
• Only Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs will be considered.
