- Job Description
The MarCom intern will report directly to the two Senior Marketing & Communications Managers – Marine. The intern will learn the functions of the Marketing & Communications department through delivering support for communication initiatives and supporting the marketing function through the engagement in the planning and execution of marketing collaterals and events. In particular the intern will be involved in a key internal training programme called corporate story board
Internal Communications objectives:• Coordinating the logistics for 6,500 employees to participate in the Corp Storyboard training.
• Compile weekly competitor/industry related news from media tracking tool
• Support content management for the intranet
• Support the writing and desktop publishing for newsletter
Marketing objectives:
• Assist with the content planning of brochures/factsheets and other marketing collateral
• Support the compilation and communication with vendor on desktop publishing, printing, and shipping of marketing collateral
- Translation of Chinese-English materials
