Job Description

1.     Day to Day Operation

a.     Printing of Orders from Order Center Singapore Mailbox

b.    Scanning & Archiving of Options Keycode into respective Sales Order

c.     Assisting on the administrative area of Order Management and Demand Planning

d.    Generating of Open orders shipment for advance preparation of delivery

2.     Reports

a.     Compiling the Request for Info data & Data Analysis

b.    Monthly Reports Data from SAP (Order Management & Demand Planning)

i.        Extraction of Data

ii.        Input of Data to required Work File

c.     Managing the Visual Information Boards with the updated Data

d.    Updating of Presentation Slides

3.     Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

a.     To assist in the drawing of the procedures based on inputs from the team

b.    Maintain existing SOP drawings and updates in case of changes

4.     Filing

a.     Archiving of documents (whenever necessary)

5.     Database

a.     Sanity checks on Maintenance of “ZPEN” and “Additional Data B”

b.    Maintenance of Freight line
