Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Drives learning & development initiatives and program for the organisation
• Sourcing for new training vendors to ensure that the learning program are up to date
• Review the existing training standards and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Plan and manage Learning and Development budget and performance indicators.
• Plan and facilitate programs in Organisation Development

• Analyze and administration of training data

• Assist other HR functions when required


Requirement:
• Studying towards a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Commerce
• Great communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• A good team player who is able to work well with various levels of seniority
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive and have the integrity to handle confidential matters
