Job Description
OUR COMPANY PROFILE
Robust & Life Compact is a Singapore company. Established since 1986, we have dedicated ourselves to seeking nature’s best sources for health and beauty and sharing them with our customers for the past years.
Our legend began with SOD tea series which contains Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), and antioxidant that can neutralize many types of free radicals in our body.
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts payable & receivables including issuing of cheques, telegraphic transfers, letter of credit, etc.
• Liaising with all debtors on payment issues.
• Liaising with suppliers on quotations and purchase orders.
• Weekly & Monthly sales reports of all departments.
• Monthly PNL of company sales.
• Payroll of staff salaries, commission, etc.
• Submission of GST.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight schedules
• At least 1 year experience of working experience handling full set accounts.
• Knowledge of MYOB or relevant accounting software a must.
• Must be a responsible team players with initiative and can work independently
• Bilingual English & Mandarin
