Job Description:

- Support Server Operation Center (SOC) activities

- Support Windows / Unix team to handover routine tasks to SOC

- Prepare instructions/ documentation for SOC along with operation team

- Working with operation team to get feedback and review of documents

- Analyze SOC incident handling

- Support new task assignment to SOC

- Support Windows team in analyzing ticket quality

- Improve efficiency and quality of incidents handled by SOC

Job Requirement:

- Knowledge about Server System administration and server operation

- 1 year Server administration experience, includes installation, configuration and support in managing Windows based systems of a 24 x 7 environment

- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Knowledge on HP server Hardware

- Able to work independently

- Good communication

- Fluent in both written and spoken English
