Internship – Support to Technical Specialist

Creation of training video base from current training materials from the guidance of a mentor.

Creation of simple technical tools using common application, e/g Excel, for technical support purpose

Provide simple technical support for Bosch security product after training conducted

Digital media & communication background

Computer skills,

Basic media ware experience

Basic IP network knowledge
