Assist in these key areas of a Shared Services Team:
Expatriate Management - policies briefing on overseas assignments, invoices processing, contracts and allowance letters preparation
Compensation and Benefits (C&B) administration – check completeness of employees’ insurance claims, distribution of medical cards, payroll administration and audits
Immigration related matters – application, extension, issuance and appeal of various passes
HR Help Desk – attend to queries and requests relating to policies, handbooks, insurance, C&B, Global HR system, assignments, visa application, certification of employment
Internship Management – proxy for intern onboarding and internship contracts
HR assigned projects
(eg. UAT Platform for Global HR system, Diversity Day, Intercultural Workshop for Expats)
Various ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Profile:
Business Management, Business Administration or Human Resources
Committed and willing to learn
Highly motivated and good in communication
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Focused and organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and work under pressure
