Job Description: Responsibilities

Administration tasks
- System-driven admin tasks
- Coordination between departments

Relationship Management
- Liaise with suppliers
- Constant interaction with National Sales Offices (NSOs) within the Asia Pacific Rim (APR)

Online communications
- General Writing, e-newsletter content, website content updates

PR
- Monitor and compile PR cuttings and releases of NSOs in APR
- Analyze on a quarterly basis

Adhoc projects
- Presentation slides
- Pre and post event-related tasks for local & overseas event
- Compilation of data

Profile

- Polytechnic and university undergraduates
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Good attention to details
- Familiar with MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint
