Job Description:

- Implementation of IT Service Continuity management process in Asia Pacific Region

- Coordination with regional & country delegates of IT Service Continuity Management

- Organize implementation of IT Service Continuity Management tools

- Organize and co-ordinate trainings in the region on ITSCM

- Support of Quality Management. (Documentation), Information Security, Service Management. (Incident Management., Problem Management., Change Management, Continuity Management)

Job Requirement:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Knowledge in ITIL framework (preferably V3)

- Good analytical and strong problem resolution skills

- High initiative, Team, target-oriented and able to work independently

- Good communication skills, , reliable and trustworthy, Positive attitude with keen-to-learn mindset, Team player

- Overview on different cultural differences in Asia Pacific Regional countries
