Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Monthly management accounts for internal reporting and business review with AP Headquarters
- Support in the budgeting process by calculating budgets for travelling, administrative, etc.
- Forecasting of cost developments and identification of budget deviations for continuous improvement program in sales organization
- Conduct a simplified creditworthiness evaluation for potential distribution partners for domestic water heater products
- Support to Head of Sales & Marketing ASEAN, Thermotechnology Division
- Independent handling of routine and ad-hoc tasks
- Conduction of market studies (desk research & interviews)
- University student of Finance or Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Controlling or Corporate Finance
- Proven track records in financial related modules in university
- Ideally with previous work experiences within a finance department of an industrial company or in corporate banking
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient knowledge of standard software (esp. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ThinkCell)
- Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- An independent working style, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position
