• Leading role in interaction with agencies, including briefing and guiding them in order to coordinate and advance projects.                      
• Responsible for communication projects such as brochures, catalogues, flyers, key visuals, online campaigns, posters and sales folders for various Automotive Aftermarket products
• Sourcing of agencies for creatives, printing or translation of communication materials as well as negotiation of final conditions.                   
• Event coordination and administration tasks for the department             
• Ad Hoc management reporting

Profile:

• Diploma, Bachelor or Master student in business, marketing, communications related major        
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills     
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal competence                   
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint                    
• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Well organized, accurate, careful
• Team spirit and have social skills
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
