Job Description
Responsibilities:
Offer/Selling Process
- Daily sales order processing
- Sales order management and allocation
- Service and support on deliveries to customers
- Follow up on request and inquiries from customers and market
- Order confirmation with customers
- Order modifications
Customer Care
- Order fulfillment
- CSL (stock availability, deliveries and invoicing)
Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration/Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics and Planning, with strong experience in sales administration and/or customer service management in automotive parts
- Experience in sales administration support preferred
- Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work with MS Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Background on SAP is a plus
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, results oriented, change oriented, motivation and inspiration, strategic thinking, customer focus, good team player
