Job Responsibilities
- Support in Financial Analysis of business performance in AP countries
- Preparation of monthly sales reports and charts for management
- Maintenance and further development of reporting databases
- Administrative Tasks: Other ad hoc tasks, including organization of department workshops, maintenance of organization charts, assistance in preparation of presentations
Job Requirements
- Preferred discipline: Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Excellent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, systematic approach and interest to work with figures
- Open communicator, able to interact with all regions in AP
- Able to multitask in a highly dynamic and fast-pace environment and fulfil tasks under tight deadlines
- Positive working mentality, team player and self starter
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Fulfil visa requirements for employment in Singapore (www.mom.gov.sg)
