Responsibilities
- Assist in daily purchasing activities which duties include as following:
- Coordinate & handle purchasing enquiries with internal dept users.
- Support in sourcing for office consumable supplies.
- Liaise between Finance & Suppliers & front counter on Deliveries/Invoices disputes
- Support in organizing activities and PIR workshop.
- Support in Generating Monthly Purchasing report
- Document filing
- Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by immediate Supervisor from time to time
- Proficient in MS office application such as MS office-Excel, Power Point
- Well versed in Both spoken Mandarin & English
- Good Interpersonal skill, positive working attitude
- Self disciplined & able to work independently
