Responsibilities
Purchase Process
- Purchase orders processing
- Monitor and follow up on suppliers' delivery status, logistics coordination with suppliers, obtain shipping details
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of shipping documents
- Supplier invoice price checking
- Submit supplier invoices to Accounts dept. for payment
Others
- ESI support on DISS
Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Logistics & Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
- Experience in purchasing/supply chain support preferred
- Good in written and spoken English
- Able to work with MS Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Background on SAP Program is a plus
- Strong entrepreneurship mindset, initiative, results oriented, change oriented, motivation and inspiration, strategic thinking, customer focus, good team player
