Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Purchase Orders processing.
- Ensure order fulfilment from suppliers.
- Monitor and follow up on suppliers' production and delivery status.
- Logistics coordination with suppliers and forwarders.
- Obtain shipping details and shipping documents.
- Vendor Service Level monitoring.
- Supplier invoice verification and payment authorization.
- Others; Express Order from Germany, General Administration
Profile:
- Basic Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Logistics & Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
- Experience in purchasing/supply chain support is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and spoken business Chinese.
- Able to work with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Background on SAP Program is a plus.
- Knowledge of export shipping processes, Strong organizational and prioritization skills, Good communication skills, Strong Reading Comprehension, Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised, Good Team Player, Entrepreneurial mindset, Attention to details, Meticulous, Customer Focus, Results-Oriented, Strategic Thinking, Critical Thinking.
