Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for interns in the company, taking care of the end-to-end internship process encompass collection of internship request from hiring managers, posting of internship opening(s), working with schools on internship arrangements, on-boarding of interns, first day orientation, exit and updating of internship tracking file.
- Send email to hiring managers to trigger confirmation appraisal discussion with Associates, track and collect completed confirmation appraisal report for preparation of confirmation letter.
- Send EP/DP renewal documents to associates for completion, track and collect completed documents for submission to MOM.
- Creation of New Hire Template
- Other ad-hoc duties
Profile:
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Enjoy working in a multicultural environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
