Job Description

 Regional role within Asia Pacific assisting in the marketing of the Bosch IoT Suite and solutions based on it for sectors such as manufacturing, energy and mobility.

Job Requirements:

  • Assist to develop and implement marketing strategies for brand awareness and lead generation across key regions in Asia Pacific

  • Execute and support integrated marketing campaigns across the region for solutions within the Bosch Software Innovations’ portfolio. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing agencies for both planning and execution

  • Provide campaign analysis and reporting to understand the ROI of these programs and campaigns for optimization and continuous improvement in all marketing efforts

  • Together with the Regional Marketing Team manage and coordinate co-marketing activities with channel partners in the region, including strategy planning, messaging, campaign development, media planning and execution

  • Assist with project management of overall marketing plan

  •  Knowledge of B2B online media marketing, paid search, display advertising, Google Ad Words and other digital marketing channels

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to develop integrated collateral and campaigns with efficient resource utilization

  • Assist to build and execute PR plan that reaches target media, communicates successes, capabilities and positions the company as per the corporate communication guidelines

  • Write, edit and/or gain approval for assigned press releases and other public relations material

  • Assist to develop corporate marketing materials – marketing brochures, presentations, etc.

  • Manage and contribute to internal communication activities

  • Develop and execute events for customers, partners and internal audiences where assigned

Candidate Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in the areas of Marketing, Business Studies, Communications

  • Domain knowledge in the area of software solutions for the Enterprise space is a plus

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal, writing and editing skills in English and Mandarin

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and high level of creativity

  • Self-motivated go getter, requiring minimum supervision

  • Pro-active and able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team across organization and functional boundaries

  • Understands the dynamics of the sales function and how this is a critical enabler for campaign success
