• Support Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management activities in Asia Pacific            
• Bi-weekly reporting for Service Management KPIs                                  
• Quality check for Service Management tickets                           
• Hosting of monthly meetings   

Profile:

• Good written and spoken English language skill                        
• Good analytical skills                           
• Generally minimal experience is required for this internship as mentorship is provided. The intern just needs to be interested and driven to ask questions and perform assigned challenges
