Job Description
Responsibility:
- Support Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management activities in Asia Pacific
- Bi-weekly reporting for Service Management KPIs
- Quality check for Service Management tickets
- Hosting of monthly meetings
Profile:
- Good written and spoken English language skill
- Good analytical skills
- Generally minimal experience is required for this internship as mentorship is provided. The intern just needs to be interested and driven to ask questions and perform assigned challenges
