Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain ASEAN HR Community in Bosch Connect
- Liaise with HR in ASEAN to prepare report submission (eg Employee turnover rate, exit interview)
- Assist in the preparation of HR topics material for management meeting
- Provide Support on Training and Development topics in ASEAN
Profile:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Committed and willing to learn
- Highly motivated and proactive
