Responsibilities
- Maintain ASEAN HR Community in Bosch Connect
- Liaise with HR in ASEAN to prepare report submission (e.g. Employee turnover rate, exit interview)
- Assist in the preparation to HR topics material for management meeting
- Support in the conceptualization of ASEAN personnel marketing
- Support in Employee Branding project
