Job Description

 Responsibilities:

1. Statistical analysis and reporting

  • Market research on all 10 ASEAN countries and creation of presentations for strategic decision making
  • Creation of monthly reports on political trends, market situations, market development and projects

2. Project management

Independent project work:

  • Collection of information/data from the respective business divisions and partners
  • Creation of project and reports and status analysis

Project support:

  • Support project manager in creating documents for strategic decision making
  • Regular maintenance and update of project data; Preparation of PowerPoint presentations

3. External Affairs and Governmental Relations support:

  • Organize receptions for political delegation visits
  • Conduct Internet research on political trends and new legislations
  • Support on market research, trend and competitor analysis

4. Event Management:

  • Support on the organization of Media and Government events
  • Support of Planning Committee Meetings

5. Independent handling of routine and ad-hoc tasks


Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Business Sciences (Major in Marketing), Management, Communication Sciences, Political Sciences or related courses
  • Good verbal and written skills in German and English
  • Good communication skills in a very confident manner
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Independent working
  • High flexibility
