Compensation and Benefits administration

Involvement with various Compensation and Benefits projects

Assistance with job postings, screening of applications and coordination of recruitment needs

Assistance with training and development needs analysis, training administration and maintenance of records

Preparing reports, generating letters and preparing presentations as assigned

Support in HR IT management

Various ad hoc tasks as assigned

Business Management, Business Administration or related fields of study

Good attitude and desire to learn

Focus and organized

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently and as a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Keen interest in working in a multicultural environment
