Job Description:

• Organization of internal and external trainings

• Analysis and evaluation of key performance indicators of training and development data

• Management and data maintenance of the training database

• Supporting the department in all training and development matters

• Assistance in daily business operations



Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources Management or relevant fields

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications

• Organized with an eye for details

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Fulfill the visa requirements for employment in Singapore (www.mom.gov.sg)
