- Job Description
- Responsibilities
• Involvement in the planning, promotion and execution of corporate events
• Support on key media activities in Singapore and around the region
• Project coordination, including liaising with vendors and suppliers
• Social Media community and campaign management
• Correspond with international counterparts
• Manage VIP visits and special tours • Coordinate and produce a quarterly internal e-newsletter for Southeast Asia
• Support updates on the Bosch website and intranet
• Support the department for internal and external communication efforts
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
Profile
• Enrolled in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business or Humanities-related courses
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently • Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in working with colleagues of diverse nationalities
• Knowledge of design software and/or web programming is an added advantage (Photoshop, InDesign)
