Administration

- System-driven admin tasks

- Coordination between departments

- Managing of premiums

- Logistic arrangements

- Information analysis & reports

- General Writing

- Sales support and other administrative tasks

- Compilation of data

Relationship Management

- Liaise with partners, suppliers and internal department

Adhoc Projects

- Event management for local and overseas event

======= Job requirements =======

- Poly or Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or related courses

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and set priorities

- Good attention to details

- Familiar with MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint

- Fluent in spoken and written English
