- Supporting team members in the ISIR by checking documents for accuracy and requesting technical information (test reports, drawings) from suppliers
- Created and implemented Engineering Change Notifications for the Asia Pacific region, in order to approve changes of products, manufacturing processes, materials or packaging
- Developed communication strategies and materials for the creation of AutoCAD drawings in cooperation with external agencies
- Supporting the Marketing Department in releasing new products and maintaining related internal processes and systems
- Coordinated product testing, field and fitment trials with product managers and external test facilities
- Conducted warehouse inspections for goods, damaged deliveries and investigations of customer complaints
- Ad-hoc business administration tasks
