Key Responsibilities
Support the marketing team in planning and executing a spectrum of marketing activities, joint promotions and sponsorship programs to create awareness for the brand.
Attend to advertising and media agencies to answer to their enquiries for press release, product information & etc.
Other administrative duties include :
- liaising with suppliers on tax invoices & etc
- attend photoshoots, manage media library, gifts stock and compilation of accounting, marketing reports & etc
- assisting in the creation of marketing materials including sales collaterals, presentation and emails
- assisting in relevant administrative tasks and duties
- helping the marketing department carry out marketing related events and activities
Requirements
Experience in the jewellery/fashion industry would be an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Proficient in Photoshop or design would be an added advantage
Student/s pursuing certificate in marketing/mass communications or other related disciplines are welcome to apply
