MAIN PURPOSE
The Marketing & Admin Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with the team to experience a full marketing scope. He/She assists in establishing and maintaining a consistent image for the Brand; and in achieving marketing objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Communications
Work with the Marketing Manager on various marketing & communications initiatives including the below:
Trade Marketing
Management of PLVs, marketing collaterals, window animations, and supporting ad hoc marketing requests from the boutique and points of sale.
CAPEX management and execution of furniture project
Advertising
Consolidation of media plans, follow up and submission of copy materials
PR
Coordination of photo shoots, and attending to press enquiries, as well as media monitoring and preparation of editorial reports
Events
Planning and execution of brand events
Administrative
Support in administrative works/ duties where applicable
Data entry
Flight and hotel bookings for the team
REQUIREMENTS
Strong command of Microsoft Office
Comfortable with learning new IT systems – SAP, NSI, Essbase,
etc.
Strong communication skills
Able to manage time well and multi-tasking
High flexibility, independent and highly efficient
Fluent in English
NOTE: Preferably candidates able to work till January 2017 or at least 6 to 8 months duration.
