• Responsible for new hires induction program scheduling
• Coordinate with admin on resignees farewell administration
• Sending out leave application calendars to relevant stakeholders
• Assist in sending out monthly birthday employees list to whole Company
• Follow up with Insurance Company on updated Panel Clinic List & send out to all on monthly basis
• Responsible for medical claims of all employees
• Preparation of generic HR letters such as Confirmation Letter, Acceptance of Resignation Letter, etc. 
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentation slides relating to HR matters
• Assist in coordinating & planning Company Events such as monthly townhall, quarterly kickoff, CSR event, etc. 
• Coordinate interview arrangements when necessary
• Ad hoc daily HR administrative works as assigned by HR Executive
