Job Description
- Achieve sales targets and drive profitability through implementation of various retail operations strategies.
- Take part in the strategy planning process for continuous sales improvements.
- Maintain and update CRM / clientele development activities at a boutique level.
- Consistently uphold the brand’s image as the brand ambassador and drive excellent customer service across the floor.
- Coach, train and develop the sales team / sales associates in various aspects. E.g. customer service, product training, brand values.
Job Requirement
- Good attitude and responsible character
- Friendly and charismatic personality with a strong passion for customer service
- Basic understanding of cameras and keen eye for visual display will be an added advantage
- Confident nature with positive learning attitude
- Experience in luxury sales / retail operation
